Our Second Vintage gown is a breathtaking silk wedding gown from the 1950s.
Natural waistline, with lovely alencon lace appliques at the neckline. There are buttons as the back closure, and delicate decorations at the back waistline.
We used gorgeous roses and pink aramanthus in our bouquet. Simple pearls for a necklace, chunky pearl bracelet, a giant faux diamond ring, and a lovely handmade silk flower headpeice with short veil. All are for sale at my etsy store. Bouquet original design by Paula Stanton. Location Little Norway.
Our third gown is an original created with antique lace appliques and lace yardages. The corset top and shorter layer skirt feature the appliques, and are decorated with topaz ribbon laces and belt at the hip. The longest skirt is crepe chiffon in three different tones, ivory, ecru and latte. Accessories include chocolate neclace and earings, a delightful handmade feather headpeice and my original Brooch Bouquet. All are available at my etsy store.
Copper....Here at the remarkable New Glarus Brewery our lovely model is wearing a 1940s copper peplem dress. Super fitted with peplems flaring from the waist. We have accented the dress with a vintage necklace, layered it with a contemporary necklace, pheasant feather headpeice, and a copper paisley shawl. Our next selection was inspired by another evening gown I created, this is the short & sassy version. The train in the back make this dress something special! This dress is also available on my etsy site. Original design by Paula Stanton Very Tres Chic, Photos by Fat Cat photography.
